OAKWOOD - The North Hall girls softball team remained unbeaten in Region 7-AAA play after a 5-1 win over Johnson Thursday.<br>

The win sets up a showdown Tuesday with defending Region 7-AAA champ Chestatee. North Hall, ranked seventh in the latest Class AAA softball poll, comes at in 5-0 in the region while Chestatee, ranked third, is 4-1 after beating East Hall Thursday.<br>

Pickens County, ranked fifth, in also undefeated in Region 7-AAA.<br>

In other Region 7-AAA action, Flowery Branch whipped White County, 12-1.
