HARTWELL - The Hart County Bulldogs scored 21 fourth quarter points to stage a dramatic 35-28 win over Franklin County Friday night.<br>

It was the fourth straight win for Hart County (7-3) who finished second in Region 8-AAA behind Stephens County.<br>

The two teams' combined for over 800 yards of offense.<br>

The Bulldogs, who will play host to Banneker next week in the first round of the Class AAA playoffs, had a strange regular season. <br>

They opened with a win over then-Class AAAA No. 1 Thomson as part of a three-game win streak. They then lost three straight before finishing the year on a four-game win streak.
