The Spartans (12-7, 5-4) scored three runs in the first inning, helped by a Vikings error, and Allen made it stand up.
East Hall (7-11, 3-6) had runners in scoring position in five of the seven innings but couldn't get the big hit.
"It was frustrating because we did the little things to move people over but couldn't get them in," East Hall coach Kevin Thomas said.
Heather Buffington got East Hall's only hit of the game. Vikings' pitcher Nichole Clay scattered five Spartans' hits and struck seven while allowing no earned runs.
Stacie Ertzberger had two hits for West Hall and Paige Hanson and Lindsey Paulson also had hits.
The Vikings finish their region schedule Thursday playing host to Flowery branch on Senior Night. Clay and Tori White are the only east Hall seniors this year.
