ATHENS - 25 year old Joshua Byrnes Sosebee of Gainesville man was killed in a motorcycle accident near Athens Monday.
Clarke County Coroner Randy Garrett says the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. and Sosebee was pronounce dead at 1:40 p.m. at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens.
Police say Sosebee was on his way to work at when he was hit head on by Jeremy Ross Bright, 19, Athens on Cleveland Road.
It is believed that Bright made an illegal turn into the path of Sosebee.
