ALTO - Three children were severely burned at a campfire in Habersham County this week. <br>

A nine-year-old and two 12-year-olds were airlifted from the scene early Tuesday after a gas can exploded in the outdoor fire. <br>

Fire officials in Habersham County say at least ten people were roasting snacks outside a trailer.<br>

Just before 1:30 a-m a plastic gas container exploded in the fire, striking the children and burning at least one in the face. <br>
