A new grassroots initiative has been launched by Republicans in Hall County with a "get out the vote" message.

Absentee ballots will be available by mail for the July 22 primary runoffs Hall County beginning June 7.

Less than 20 percent of Hall County's registered voters turned out for Tuesday's primaries.
