Hall County Elections

Republican Women of Hall County will host a political forum in a couple of weeks.

The Lanier Tea Party Patriots gathered once again Saturday to protest state and federal taxes and what they consider government encroachment on constitutional rights.

Since the state instituted online voter registration March 31, twenty people have used the new service to sign up to vote in Hall County.

Only one candidate qualified this week for a special election May 20 to fill a vacancy on the Lula City Council.

Absentee ballots will be available by mail for the May 20 General Election primaries in Hall County beginning this week.

The Hall County Republican Party held its scheduled County Meeting on Saturday.

Hall County Republicans will hold a County Meeting Saturday, March 15.

U.S. Representative Doug Collins of Gainesville picked up opposition from within his own party as qualifying closed Friday for the May 20 General Election primaries in Georgia - and Hall County Commissioner Scott Gibbs may have opposition in the fall from an independent candidate.
