Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed ware-wash machine to register 0ppm of Chlorine when tested with a chemical test kit. A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation should have a concentration of 50-100ppm. Note: The manager will wash, rinse and sanitize all equipment at the (3) compartment sink until the dish machine is repaired. Repeat Violation.
