Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed there to be no sanitizer bucket readily available for employee use. Sanitizer solution should be available for cleaning food and non-food contact surfaces. COS: PIC put sanitizer solution from the 3-compartment sink into a bucket and placed towels in solution of employee to utilize. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Several wiping cloths were stored on counter tops and prep tables. Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizing solution to ensure food contact surfaces are being sanitized. COS- wiping cloths placed in buckets of sanitizing solution. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed most recent inspection not being displayed in public viewing. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS: Most recent inspection was posted. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed accumulated food debris on the gaskets under the prep top cooler in the kitchen. Ensure all non food contact surfaces are cleaned properly to touch and sight. PIC to clean at the end of shift. New Violation.
