Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] Certification expired 11/22, must show proof of registration for re-certification within 10 days (either registering for course and exam or just exam for recertification). Obtain recertification within 60 days. 511-6-1.03(3)(a) - Food Safety Manager Certification (Pf) Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) as specified in paragraph (b) of this subsection to ensure food safety is being managed within the food service establishment during all hours of operation as specified within paragraph (d) of this subsection. Pf New Violation. Correct By: 05/01/2023 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(a)] Observed the bar hand sink's mounted soap dispenser is broken. Repair/replace soap dispenser. Provide soap and paper towels at bar hand sink at all times. 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf) (3) Numbers and Capacities. (a) Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Pf New Violation. Correct By: 05/01/2023 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed lemon/lime slicer with build up of debris, was after each use. COS- Management immediately cleaned the slicer during the inspection. 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils - Cleaning Frequency (P, C) (b) Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils. 1.
