Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(c)] Observed 2 out of the 3 hand sinks to not reach 100F. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. PIC to not use hand sinks until hot water heater can be adjusted. New Violation. Correct By: 02/03/2023
