Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Food establishment did not have a procedure or sanitizer available in case a vomit or diarrheal event was to occur. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. New Violation. 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(l)] Observed unisex restroom does not have self-closing doors, provide self closer or self closing hinges for restroom door. Observed unisex restroom trash can does not have a lid, provide lid. New Violation.
