Person in charge not performing duties; operating the establishment when an imminent health hazard exists because of an emergency such as fire, flood, interruption of electrical or water service for two or more hours, sewage malfunction, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross unsanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstances that may endanger public health. New Violation. 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed not hot or cold water in the mobile unit. Repair fresh water supply to mobile unit. New Violation. 16B Observed missing water cap to inlet tank of mobile unit. Provide white food grade hose for use to fill fresh water tank. Note: Per management new fresh water tank has been ordered for the unit. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(m)] Provide air curtain or mesh screen at serving window. New Violation.
