Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(j)] Observed ware-washing machine to have wash temperature of 144F. 1. The temperature of the wash solution in spray type ware-washers that use hot water to sanitize may not be less than: (i) For a stationary rack, single temperature machine, 165ºF (74ºC); (ii) For a stationary rack, dual temperature machine, 150ºF (66ºC); (iii) For a single tank, conveyor, dual temperature machine, 160ºF (71ºC). Establishment is to use the 3-compartment sink until the ware-wash machine is repaired. PIC put in a work work during the inspection. Repeat Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed an accumulation of food particles and debris in the 4-door reach in cooler located in the Front food service area. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC to clean throughout the shift. New Violation. Correct By: 09/30/2022 17A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(l)] Observed the women's bathroom door to not have a self-closing device attached. Except where a toilet room is located outside a food service establishment and does not open directly into the food service establishment, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door. PIC put in a work order during inspection. New Violation. Correct By: 10/12/2022
