Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Note: Manager will clean the ice machine at the end of the day. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed an empoloyee cooking food with two wrist bands around his wrist. (g) Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelryincluding medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Note: The employee removed the two wrist bands during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(9)(b)] Scoops with no handles were observed stored in two bulky food containers. (a) Equipment and Utensils. Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. Manager removed the scoops with no handles during the inspections. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
