Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Oberved the sanitization buckets did not have sanitizer solution.
1. A chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration of between 50-100pm.
Employee prepared new solution for sanitization buckets with 100pm chlorine solution during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
