Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed Nuggets hot holding at 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed fries hot holding at 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 135°F (57°C) or above. COS: CFSM instructed employees to discard food and remade to cook temperatures of 204 degrees Fahrenheit and 202 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed two food employees wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: employees wearing wrist watches and bracelets which they removed during the inspection. Repeat Violation.
