Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC to properly clean ice machine at COB. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 06/29/2022 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed an accumulation of debris in facility's microwave. Equipment of food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. COS: PIC cleaned microwave during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
