Inpection Notes

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Prep top cooler next to the grill found with standing water in bottom of unit. Must maintain equipment in good repair to prevent possible contamination from this non-potable water. PIC stated that there is a work order in to have unit repaired. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] Rinse temperature gauge observed not moving before, during, and after wash/rinse cycle. Temperature gauges must function properly. PIC stated that they are getting a new ware wash machine, until then they will put in a work order to get the gauge repaired. New Violation.
