Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Ice machine with large build up of mold and residue on baffle. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC to properly clean interior of ice machine at COB. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 06/15/2022 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed employee involved in food preparation without hair restraint to prevent from possible contamination. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. COS: Inspector educated PIC on personal cleanliness. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
