Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed Low temp sani- dish machine to have little to no chlorine reading. To ensure all dishes and utensils are being sanitized, low-temp machines shall have a reading of 120F and chlorine reading of 50-100ppm to ensure sanitizing is taking place. COS: Use 3-compartment to wash dishes until ware-wash machine can be fixed. Repeat Violation. 10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed (2) 1 gallon jugs of butter milk to have an expiration date of 06-03-2022. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded milk during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed AC unit, located in dining room area, to be leaking. Establishment places containers underneath to catch water. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. New Violation. Correct By: 06/28/2022
