Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed interior surfaces of nozzles on soda machine to have accumulated debris. Food-Contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC was educated on proper maintenance and cleaning of food-contact surfaces and will properly clean nozzles at COB. New Violation. Correct By: 06/10/2022
