Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed ceiling tile missing and/or in bad condition through out facility. Observed gaskets on cold holding units with an accumulation of dark debris and food particles. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Facility must correct violation within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 06/17/2022
