Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Employees observed not having on a hair restraint while preparing food. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority. PIC stated that she needed to order some and will do so by COB. New Violation. Correct By: 05/31/2022 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed the most current inspection to not be posted. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. COS: PIC posted most current inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Remarks Hand sink water temperature 102F. Prep sink water temperature 111F. 3-compartment sink water temperature 112F. 3-compartment and spray bottle QAC with a concentration of 200-400ppm. Men's and women's sink water temperatures 112F and 106F.
