Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(c)] Observed a hand sink with ice and food debris in the sink bowl. Hand sinks are to be used for hand washing only to prevent contamination. COS: Debris was removed from the sink and employees were educated on when and where to wash hands. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
