Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Accumulated food debris was observed inside microwave oven. All food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and Touch. Note Manager cleaned the ice machine and microwave during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
