Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed (4) severely dented cans amongst cans in good condition. Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. COS: PIC removed cans and placed in a properly designated area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Observed chlorine sanitizer in 3 compartment sink to register a concentration of 0 ppm. A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation at contact times specified under subsection (8)(b)3 of this Rule shall meet the requirements specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.07(6)(g), shall be used in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered label use instructions. COS: PIC remade sanitizer to an approved concentration level. New Violation. 6-2 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed multiple TCS foods in cold holding units prepped over 24 hours ago with no date marking to indicate date of preparation and disposition. , refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded, when held at a temperature of 41°F (5°C) or below for a maximum of 7 days. The day of preparation shall be counted as Day 1. COS: PIC placed proper date marking on all eligible items. New Violation. 17A Observed Unisex restroom with no lid on trashcan. All restrooms used by females must contain a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins and hygiene products. PIC to obtain lid for trashcan at COB. New Violation. Correct By: 01/05/2022
