Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(l)] Observed high temperature ware wash machine reach a peak wash temperature of 138F, the minimum wash temperature as indicated on the ware wash plate is 150F. The temperature of the wash solution in ware washers that use hot water to sanitize may not be less than: For a stationary rack, single temperature machine, 165ºF For a stationary rack, dual temperature machine, 150ºF (66ºC). Facility must correct violation within (3) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 12/10/2021 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed an employee hand wash sink with a peak temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Employee hand wash sink must be > 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet peak water demands through out the food service establishment. Facility must correct violation within (3) days time. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 12/10/2021
