Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed drive thru soda machine nozzles with a heavy accumulation of debris. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Manager immediately removed nozzles and washed, rinsed, and sanitized them. It is recommended the nozzles be scrubbed out 1/week. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed employee wearing a smart phone on her wrist while preparing a customer's sandwich. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Employee removed the wrist watch during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Observed major leak on valve system for carbonator dripping in bucket; leaving a puddle of standing water in facility. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; and maintained in good repair. Facility must repair within (3) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 12/02/2021
