Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed the flooring and base coving near the walk-in cooler to be damaged and missing. Facilities should be maintained and good repair. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed heavy accumulation of food and debris in all areas of the prep kitchen: raw and cooked chicken legs/wings. Nonfood contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent build up and bacterial growth. New Violation.
