Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizer registering on chlorine test strips for container holding wiping cloths used to wipe prep surfaces with a concentration of 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained at a concentration of 50-100ppm. COS: PIC remade sanitizer solution bucket and it read 50-100ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
