Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(i)] Observed ceiling light fixture directly above Vegetable prep sink and prep table without a light shield. (i) Light Bulbs, Protective Shielding. 1. Except as specified in paragraph 2 of this subsection, light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. New Violation. Correct the above ciolation with 3 days. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(k)] Observed insect trapping device directly above the tea brewing / soda dispensing station. (k) Insect Control Devices, Design and Installation. 1. Insect control devices that are used to electrocute or stun flying insects shall be designed to retain the insect within the device. 2. Insect control devices shall be installed so that: (i) The devices are not located over a food preparation area. New violation. Correct the violation compliance will be monitored in 3 days time.
