Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed water temperatures of 4 Compartment sink and Employee hand wash sink not meeting required standard. [See Observations.] Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Facility must correct violation within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 09/25/2021 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed ceiling tiles missing in facility. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Facility must correct violation within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 09/25/2021
