Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. COS: PIC placed common name on unlabeled bottle. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed employee involved in food preparation (cooking) with a wristwatch on. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Employee removed wristwatch. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed employee hand wash sink not properly sealed to wall. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Facility must correct violation within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 09/26/2021
