Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed drainage plug missing from plaza dumpster and an unnecessary amount of trash and debris around dumpster. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Facility must correct violation within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 10/01/2021 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(k),(l)] Observed trash being stored and stacked in front of facility's back door. Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. COS: PIC removed trash and discarded correctly. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
