Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed front sanitizing bucket and 3 Compartment sink sanitizer to be between 0-40 ppm of Chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer must have a concentration between 50-100 ppm. COS: PIC remade sanitizer to 50-100 ppm of Chlorine. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed ceiling tile in the main kitchen area hanging. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Facility must correct violation within (10) days time. New Violation. Correct By: 09/20/2021 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(d)] Observed ventilation system in fume hood above grill to be insufficient in number. Ventilation hood systems and devices shall be sufficient in number and capacity to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings. New Violation. Correct By: 09/20/2021
