Observed an ice machine with a build up of black mold. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent cross contamination. COS: Ice Machine was drained out and was drained out and is to be washed, rinsed and sanitized before continued use. Repeat Violation. 8-2B Observed cigarettes stored next to open fajitas. Employee personal belongs/toxic materials shall be stored in a place where they can not contaminate food. COS: PIC removed cigarettes and voluntarily discarded fajitas. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
