Observed mobile rack placed in front of hand sink by Donut display cabinet at front customer service area. A hand washing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Note: Manager ordered an employee to move the metal rack away from the front of the hand sink during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed employee preparing food for customers with no hair restraint. Also another employee was observed preparing customers food with a wrist bracelet . 1. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Note: Employee removed the bracelet during the inspection, and the other employee put on a cap during the inspection. New violations corrected on site. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed hot water temperature at hand sink in Male rest room at 95 Degrees Fahrenheit. A hand washing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Pf New violation. correct the above violation compliance will be monitored in 10 Days time. New Violation.
