Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed milk cold holding on a front food service counter top with temperatures of 50 and 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk cold holding in reach in cooler on left side of drive thru with a temperature of 47 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Half and Half cold holding in reach in cooler on right side of drive thru with temperatures of 53 and 63 degrees Fahrenheit. Inspector intervened prior to employee utilizing out of temperature products. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C)or below. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded out of temperature products during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed garbage dumpster with lid left open. Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables used with materials containing food residue and used outside the food service establishment shall be designed and constructed to have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers. COS: PIC closed lids. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed dumpster enclosure with an accumulation of boxes, garbage and other debris. A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. PIC to remove accumulated debris from dumpster enclosure. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 04/05/2021
