Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated food debris when multi use slicer was broken down. Equipment food - contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC immediately placed the slicer into the dish washing machine and it was washed, rinsed and sanitized during the inspection. New Violation.
