Observed Kitchen hand sink dispensing only cold water, the hot water faucet was inoperable. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service. Pic to repair the hand sink. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed dish machine registering 0ppm of chlorine. A chlorine solution used in a sanitizing solution for a mechanical operation shall have a minimum temperature of 75 Degrees Fahrenheit and a concentration of between 50 - 100ppm chlorine. Facility will use the (3) compartment sink until the dish machine is repaired. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed TCS foods at room temperature above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit Ensure all TCS foods are maintained at 41 Degrees or below.
