Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated food debris embedded in the interior of the multi - use slicer when broken down.
Equipment food - contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
Slicer was immediately wash, rinse and sanitized during the inspection.

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed dish machine at bar registering 0ppm of chlorine.
A Chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and PH of the solution listed below
50 - 100 ppm at a temperature of 75 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Facility will wash, rinse and sanitize all bar utensils at the dish machine located in the kitchen . The manager has placed a work order for the Bar dish machine.
