Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated food debris inside the multi Use tomato dicer when it was broken down by unscrewing the bolts. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC immediately gave the utensil to an employee who took it to the (3) compartment sink where it was wash rinse and sanitized during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
