Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated food debris inside the microwave oven. Equipment and Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Microwave will be cleaned at the end of the day. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(i)] Observed light fixture under the cookline ventilation exhaust hood with no light shield. 1.
