Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed hand sink nearest to back door and hand sinks in both bathrooms with insufficient hot water. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. PIC to have water generation and/or distribution adjusted w/in 10 days to become sufficient throughout the facility. New Violation. Correct By: 02/15/2021 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(h)] Observed trash can located in women's restroom to be without a lid. A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. PIC to supply a receptacle with a lid w/in 10 days. New Violation. Correct By: 02/15/2021
