Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(c)] Observed no CFSM certificate to be posted. PIC states she is a CFSM. The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view. COS: Store manager is a CFSM. Store manager's certificate is now posted. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(z)] Packaged food items observed being stored in utility cabinets behind kiosk where they can be accessed by customers who can walk behind kiosk and sit at tables behind kiosk. Food must be stored in an area that is protected from any contamination possible and can be under AMV of the facility. PIC to lock cabinets to prevent tampering. Correct w/in 10 days. New Violation. Correct By: 02/12/2021
