Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed a coffee cup without a lid sitting on a slicer. Employee beverages must be consumed and stored in an approved designated area and be in a disposable lid & straw. COS: Cup was discarded. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed a cell phone sitting on a sliver next to the coffee. Employees personal belongs should be in a designated area. COS: Phone was put away. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(a)] Observed a can with dish soap stored in a hand sink. Hand sinks should only be used for hand washing and accessible at all times. COS: Can as removed. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
