Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Also food debris was observed on the multi use slicer after it was broken down. Equipment food - contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. The ice machine was cleaned and the multi-slicer was placed in the dish machine during the inspection. COS Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Water was observed leaking from the faucets of the mop sink and dish washer top counter sink (spray faucet). A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law and maintained in good repair. New Violation. New Violation.
