Observed crab, beef, in walk-in cooler at 45F. Time/temperature controlled for safety foods must be cold held at 41F. or below. COS: PIC discarded items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed water leaking in walk-in freezer into bust tub. Equipment must be maintained. Repair walk-in freezer. New Violation.
