Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed front food service bucket and trays of Quaternary ammonium with concentrations less than or equal to 100ppm. Sanitizer solutions must be maintained at a concentration according to the manufacturer (150-400ppm and ideally 200-300ppm). COS: PIC replaced sanitizer solution with a solution measuring 200-300ppm. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
